  • Someone on your team MUST be there when the phone rings. Prospects won't leave you a voicemail, and ad quality scores are negatively impacted by missed calls.

  • Leads may require 14 days of follow-ups via phone, voicemail, text and email. This sales process is critical to increase set rates.

  • Social Media lead sources, such as Facebook, may produce FREE leads via comments or direct messages. It is your responsibility to nurture these indirect leads by monitoring and promptly responding.

2. Media (Images & Videos)

  • New images & videos are required every month.

  • Upload all digital assets to your shared Google Drive folder.

  • DO NOT UPLOAD IMAGES OR VIDEOS YOU DO NOT WANT DISPLAYED ONLINE.

3. Google Business Profile Reviews

  • Your reputation is critical for the success of your marketing campaigns. Aim for at least one new review every week or after every session.

Important: Respond to EVERY REVIEW with a comment.

4. Feedback

  • We’ll send you an email every month on the 28th requesting that you book a call with your account manager, but we encourage feedback as often as possible. What’s working is just as important as what’s not working!

  • Communication and quick response times are also crucial to the success of your marketing campaigns. Please respond to our Team promptly.
